Literature Text

Do we’ve a reason to worry
In this uncertain time?
Has our future become blurry,
An obstacle to climb?

When hearing this, I hear your doubts,
Your worries and your fears.
Yet there’s naught to be scared about,
My love, please hold your tears.

I promise you, I’m here for you,
And won’t see you in pain.
I promise what I say is true,
We’ll make it through this rain.

So when the future seems unclear,
Unyielding to progress,
Let us reflect on yesteryear,
And not on our regrets!
So, my first poem once I come back - I know it's a little bit... heavy, I just wanted to try something a bit unique, try to broaden out a bit and all that good stuff.

I'm aware that while this is a deviation from standard love poetry, it still features phrases and themes that one might expect from love poetry, but that's just how muses work I suppose. :D

Anyway, let me know what you think!
